Q: Are employers that post jobs on your website punctual about getting back to applicants?

A: Most employers do not reply unless the employer is interested in learning more about you. Additionally it is unlikely that an employer will contact you just to thank you for your interest.

Q: Should I keep sending in cover letters until I hear back, or should I just sit and wait?

A: APJobs.com recommends emailing the employer once. Many times an employer will receive between 20-100 applicants or more for a position. Sending multiple emails would probably annoy the employer and greatly diminsh your chances of getting a call back.
